The First Visit:
Normally, the first visit to our office will include gathering your current health information along with your dental history.
Next, an assistant will take the necessary dental x-rays prior to the doctor doing his examination which includes an oral cancer screening & periodontal evaluation.
If you are scheduled for a dental cleaning with one of our terrific hygienists your appointment time will take approximately 2 hours.
If the doctor has recommended treatment, our experienced treatment coordinators will review your treatment options with you and provide an itemized plan of action complete with insurance estimations. Our goal is that you receive every dental benefit you are entitled to, and we have many strategies to maximize your dental benefits. If your employer provides a HSA or Health Savings Account you may want to set aside monies and take advantage of the tax savings.
Payment Policy:
Our office expects to receive payment at the time services are rendered. If you have dental insurance we will bill your insurance free of charge for their expected benefit. Your co-pay is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Our office accepts all major credit cards VISA/ MasterCard/ Discover/ American Express. If you need a payment plan CareCredit has several to choose from, some with no interest! It only takes a few minutes to apply online at www.CareCredit.com.
